Our people are professionals, with years in the industry and a dedication to the pursuit of excellence. George Girty, the founder and President, received his BS degree in Landscape Architecture and BLA degree from Penn State University. He has taught design for the community college continuing ed., and has juried architecture and landscape competitions. Landscaping is more than a job, it is a passion and pursuit to try and influence the way we view our world.

Our engagement process allows you to be a part of the overall composition and if need be and want to be part of the installation. We want you to be involved as little or as much as you deem is necessary.

We breakdown landscape in three distinct areas: Design, Build and Maintain. In design phase you will learn about our Landscape Architectural Services. After your review and satisfaction with the design, we can then move forward with you to the build phase where you will understand our installation and construction services. Though we would all like to believe that everything in life takes care of itself is not necessarily true. Maintain is where you will understand our property maintenance which is different than most.

Design
The mission here is the transformation of land - even quite ordinary property - into beautiful private worlds. This is where we engage you, listening to your ideas and dreams and start to create with you and inspire you to see this private world with us. To us we use the same clear, define process whether we are designing a Master Plan, an elegant garden or a secret sitting space we make sure you understanding clearly what the scope of the project will be. Our only goal here is our delight in transforming an anonymous piece of land into Great American Landscape.

We can stop here at this phase with you. However, we believe and want to be to continue with you through the journey of transformation of this beautiful private world. We do this with our Installation and Construction team.

Build

Our maintenance approach is unique we are not servicing you as lawn cutters or tree trimmers but as professional care givers to your new found world. Our steps in maintaining are seasonal as your plants mature:

Fall Clean Up

• Selectively prune and thin woody plants
• Cut back perennials
• Tuck in and beautify for the winter
  

Spring Clean Up

• Prune out winter damage
• Fertilization
• Manicure planting beds and mulch
